people on their journey to better health.
Our scientifically researched health programs are supported by
Diabetes Australia and Arthritis Organisations worldwide.
The Australian Tai Chi Institute is centrally located close to
Newcastle CBD and public transport, with additional classes held throughout the region.
Master Trainer Cheryl Lee began Tai Chi training in 1988 in Australia and Hong Kong, centring her traditional training in Sydney with Master Fong Lee and Master Kam Fung.
Her Tai Chi instructor accreditation courses "Tai Chi Wellness - 3cecs", "Seated Tai Chi - 5cecs", as well as the "Distance Course - 3cecs" are approved and recognised by Fitness Australia nationwide.
The only Tai Chi Master Trainer in the Hunter Region accredited to the Australian Sports Commission, her passion for the many health benefits of Tai Chi inspired her focus on 'Tai Chi for Health' programs. Cheryl Lee is certified in Tai Chi for Arthritis, Diabetes and Back Pain and is one of only 45 world wide accredited Master Trainers in Health Forms.
Among her achievements is the highly successful Tai Chi 4 Kidz program and DVD which she created and produced with colleague Dr. Paul Lam and the book illustrations of "Teaching Tai Chi Effectively".
Cheryl Lee travels extensively throughout Australia and as WTCQD World Tai Chi/Qigong Day and WHD World Healing Day Ambassador, has visited and taught in Singapore, Bangkok and Paris.
